STAFFED Hire

For those providing their own beverages, but we take care of the rest.

•    Bar manager to run Charlie Grace mobile bar
•    Ice tubs for your bottled/canned beers and soft drinks
•    50 champagne flutes, tall glasses, wine glasses
•    Straws and napkins
•    A hydration station (infused water in large dispensers)
•    Greenery for the front of the bar
•    Styled with props and colours to suit your theme

up to 50 guests
4 Hour Hire - $1050
6 Hour Hire - $1250
8 Hour Hire - $1450

up to 100 guests
(includes second server, and double the glassware, ice etc)

The Day After

Perfect if you are hosting an event the day after a wedding.

•    Barista to run Charlie Grace mobile coffee bar
•    Freshly brewed espresso coffee
•    Freshly baked savouries and sweet treats

up to 3 hours - $20pp
(minimum charge of 40 Guests, must be in Auckland)

What will you receive?

Here we will discuss everything you want and need from us to make your day perfect.

•    Setup before your event & clean up after. This time is additional to your set service time.

•    Professional & friendly bar staff to serve & clear throughout your event. (not included in dry hire)

•    Free use of our drink dispensers and glassware that will be selected to suit your occasion. (not included in dry hire)
